v1.1 · about

Release notes on how I work

Product Manager / Product Owner and No-Code Developer with 4+ years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in Application Development and Software Engineering. Expert in Product Backlog Management, Roadmap Planning, and User Story Definition to drive impactful Business Transformation, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software across the full SDLC.

Skilled in Bubble.io, Agile/Scrum, and Figma prototyping, working remotely for clients in the U.S. and Madagascar. Professional fluency in English and French.

MINDSET

Decisions are cheap to reverse if you make them small. I optimize for reversibility, not certainty.

AGILE PHILOSOPHY

Scrum is a container, not a religion. I keep the ceremonies that create clarity and cut the ones that create theater.

PRODUCT VISION

A vision only counts if a new hire can repeat it back after one week. Anything longer than that is a slide, not a strategy.

What shipping with me is like

Hugues Seureau

Most engineers wait to be told what to build. Anthony usually has it half-built by the time we finish discussing it.

v1.85 · common questions

Common questions, answered

Yes — I'm currently open to both freelance projects and full-time opportunities, remote or on-site. Based in Madagascar, comfortable working across time zones.

Fast-moving and low-friction. I ask the right questions upfront, then build — most of the back-and-forth happens before code, not after.

Both, in a sense — my background is Project Management, Product Ownership, and QA, and I build with AI-assisted ("vibe") coding. I bring the product thinking and process discipline, and use modern AI tools to actually ship the work.

I catch scope and edge-case issues before they become expensive, write specs and acceptance criteria clearly, and test rigorously — skills that don't disappear just because I'm also the one building it.

Usually within 24 hours, often faster.

Both. I've shipped everything from quick MVPs to multi-month builds — happy to scope a project of any size.

Yes, remote-first. All my recent projects have been fully remote collaborations.

I mainly focus on engineering, but I'm comfortable working from designs, mockups, or even just a rough idea — happy to help shape the product direction too.

Reach out through the contact form or email — I'll usually reply within a day to set up a quick call and understand what you need.
